Funeral services for Linda Kay Schubert, 46, Bonner Springs, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Edwardsville Christian Church. Burial will be at Bonner Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Schubert died Thursday, Sept. 16, 1993, at her home. She was born March 19, 1947, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Heimie and Doris Heist Markowitz. She lived most of her life in Leavenworth County.
Mrs. Schubert graduated from Tonganoxie High School in 1965 and attended Cottey College in Nevada, Mo., Pittsburg State College and Kansas City (Kan.) Community College. She was a truck dispatcher for Holliday Sand Co. in Bonner Springs.
Mrs. Schubert was a member of the Edwardsville Christian Church. She married Rodney Schubert on June 4, 1966 in Edwardsville. Her husband survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Troy and Kirk Schubert, and a daughter, Chamlie Schubert, all of the home; her father, of Tonganoxie; and her mother, of Geneseo, Ill.
The family suggests memorials to the National Hemophilia Foundation in care of Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie.
