OTTAWA JV MAKES RUN, DROPS TRIBE

Chris Mendoza had 15 points to lead four Haskell scorers in double figures, but the Indians fell to Ottawa's JV, 93-66, Saturday night at Coffin Complex.

The Indians trailed by one at halftime and tied it at 44 with 15:34 left, but Ottawa went on an 18-2 run to put it away. Seven Ottawa players scored in double figures.

For Haskell, Rock Lebeau and Dan Black added 11 apiece, and C.T. Camel had 10.

The Indians, 1-2, travel next Saturday to face Emporia State's JV.
