— Services for Regina Strickler, 36, rural McLouth, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Rumsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Nick Willems officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Strickler died Monday, Jan. 27, 1992, at the Kansas University Medical Center, in Kansas City, Kan.

She was born Jan. 7, 1956, at Socorro, N.M., to Bobby and Betty Lou Lee Perkins. She attended grade school and high school in Socorro, N.M., and earned a bachelor's degree in education from the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque.

Mrs. Strickler taught special education for four years in El Paso, Tex. She moved to rural McLouth in August 1991. She was a member of the Mustard Seed Fellowship.

She married Joseph Scott Strickler on Dec. 31, 1976, in Socorro, N.M. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include her parents; two sons, Ryan and Kyle, both of the home; and a brother, Vernon Perkins, Aztec, N.M.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Rumsey Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the McLouth Grade School Parent-Teacher Organization, which may be sent in care of the funeral home.
