— Services for C. Harry "Pat" Dale, 81, Ottawa, will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ottawa Bible Church with the Rev. Larry Carrier officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Ottawa.

Mr. Dale died Saturday, Jan. 18, 1992, at Ransom Memorial Hospital in Ottawa.

He was born Feb. 26, 1910, in Ottawa, the son of Carlos Henry and Mary Alice Hannberg Dale. He grew up in Ottawa and graduated from Ottawa High School.

Mr. Dale was a lifelong Ottawa resident. He worked as a baker for many years and co-owned the Martha Washington Bakery in Ottawa in the 1940s. He worked for the city as a police dispatcher and later as an operator in the city's power and light plant from 1956 until he retired in 1975.

Mr. Dale was a member of the Ottawa Bible Church.

He married Nettie Belle Carr on Oct. 5, 1932, in Paola. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Jack D., Tonganoxie; a daughter, Patricia Fredricks, Ottawa; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Friends may call until 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home in Ottawa, and from 1 p.m. Tuesday until service time at the church.

The family suggests memorials to Ottawa Bible Church or the Kansas Lung Assn., which may be sent in care of the funeral home.
