KANSAS CITY, KAN. — Services for Frank Jaimes, 70, Kansas City, Kan., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at George F. Porter and Sons Funeral Home in Kansas City, Kan. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Kansas City, Kan.
Mr. Jaimes died Thursday, Jan. 16, 1992, at his home.
He was born April 2, 1921, in Ottawa, the son of Jose and Pilar Anava Jaimes. He was a retired automobile body repairman.
Mr. Jaimes was a member of Stony Point Christian Church in Kansas City, Kan. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in England during World War II and received the Distinguished Flying Cross award.
He was married to Betty Barrel Jaimes for 47 years. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Mark, Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Denise Gillis, Kansas City, Mo.; two brothers, Joe, Overland Park, and Dan, Lawrence; three sisters, Esther Hernandez, Memphis, Tenn., Ernestine Muzzy, Topeka, and Margaret Humston, Kansas City, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
A brother, John, died in 1982.
