— Services for Earnest L. Hubbard, Winchester, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hampton-Barrett Funeral Home in Oskaloosa with the Rev. Robert A. Henning officiating. Burial will be at Wise Cemetery in Winchester.

Mr. Hubbard died Sunday, June 16, 1991, at a Winchester hospital.

He was born July 14, 1911, at Harrisonville, Mo. He lived in Oskaloosa for many years before moving to Winchester in 1959.

He farmed south of Winchester for many years. He also worked at Hamm Quarries near Perry for 30 years and for Baker's Quarry near Valley Falls. Mr. Hubbard was an Army veteran of World War II, who served in Europe.

He married Thelma I. Barnes on July 17, 1959, and she survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Lisa J. Ferrell and Iline F. Hubbard, both of Winchester; five sons, Rocky L., Rusty D., Thomas A. Jr., Terry E. and Francis W., all of Winchester; two brothers, Lawrence of Kansas City, Mo., and Alfred, Topeka; and five grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
