The Lawrence Chamber of Commerce's board of directors has announced the nomination of eight chamber members to serve three-year terms on the group's board of directors, beginning April 1.
An election will be held Dec. 19. The chamber will accept nominations for more names through Nov. 30.
The chamber's nominees for the board of directors are:

THOSE PETITIONS for nomination are to be delivered to the chamber on or before Nov. 30.
If no petitions are filed by the deadline, nominations will be closed and the nominated slate of candidates will be elected by the board of directors at its Dec. 19 meeting.
If legal petition candidates are presented, the names of all candidates will be arranged on a ballot in alphabetical order and mailed to all members in good standing on or before Dec. 7.
