— Services for Gordon B. Harman, 73, Tonganoxie, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Tonganoxie Christian Church with the Revs. Sandra Reynolds and Ben Saathoff officiating. Burial will be in Reno Cemetery.

Mr. Harman died Tuesday in Wamego.

He was born Nov. 27, 1916, in Lawrence. He was a lifetime resident of Tonganoxie, where he was a farmer and dairyman.

Mr. Harman was a past master of the Henri Masonic Lodge No. 190 AF&AM; and past worthy patron of Rinda Chapter 82 Order of Eastern Star. He also was a member of the First Congregational Church in Tonganoxie, Kiwanis Club in Tonganoxie, Scottish Rite Bodies in Lawrence, Tonganoxie Historical Society, Leavenworth County Fair Board and Reno Cemetery Board.

He married Jean Morgan on June 30, 1946, in Kansas City, Kan. She died in 1986.

Survivors include four daughters, Nancy Hoglund, Kansas City, Kan., Leslie Hubbel, Basehor, Barbara Watson, West Point, N.Y., and Sandra Adams, Fort Leavenworth; and one grandson.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, and an Eastern Star service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Quisenberry Funeral Home in Tonganoxie.

The family suggests memorials to the First Congregational Church or the Tonganoxie Historical Society.
