— Services for Imogene McAdam, 61, Oskaloosa, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Oskaloosa with the Rev. Wayne S. Feuerbacher officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery in Oskaloosa.

Mrs. McAdam died Wednesday at a Topeka hospital. She was born April 11, 1928, at Orrick, Mo. She had lived in Oskaloosa since 1946 and formerly lived in Kansas City, Mo.

Mrs. McAdam operated a children's day care center at her home from 1960 to 1986.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Oskaloosa, Oskaloosa Chapter No. 62 of Order of Eastern Star and Kansas Child Care Coalition.

She was married to Jean McAdam on July 27, 1946, in Louisburg. He survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Shirley Skuban, Wamego; a son, Keith McAdam, Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters, Ina Smith, Richmond, Mo., Margaret Elliott, Liberty, Mo., and Mary Cringan, Bonner Springs; a brother, Arby Hedrick, Independence, Mo.; and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. today at Hampton-Barrett Funeral Home in Oskaloosa.

The family suggests memorials to the United Methodist Church in Oskaloosa.
