Services for Randall Lane Malbrough, 31, Oskaloosa, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Belden Funeral Chapel in Leavenworth. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery near Leavenworth.
Mr. Malbrough died Saturday outside the Leavenworth County Co-op mill on the north edge of Oskaloosa.
Dr. James Bridgens, a Kansas City, Mo., pathologist who conducted an autopsy, said Mr. Malbrough was shot once through the heart. The death is being investigated as a homicide.
Mr. Malbrough was born June 29, 1958, at Columbus, Ga. He worked as a construction laborer in the Oskaloosa area.
Survivors include his mother, June Malbrough, Oskaloosa; three brothers, Tim Malbrough and Larry Malbrough, both of Oskaloosa, and Michael Malbrough, Fairview, Mo.; and a grandmother, Marie Bronson, Ozawkie.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. today at the funeral chapel where family will meet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Oskaloosa Lions Club.
