Actor and producer Michael Landon, who filmed a made-for-television movie in and around Lawrence this fall, will appear on a nationally broadcast entertainment news show today to discuss the film, his publicist said.
Landon will appear on "Entertainment Tonight," airing today at 6:30 p.m on WDAF-TV, Channel 4 in Kansas City, Mo., and at 11 p.m. on KTKA-TV, Channel 49 in Topeka.
According to Harry Flynn, publicist for Landon, most of the segment on "ET" will feature interviews with Landon while he was filming "Where Pigeons Go To Die" in Lawrence and Baldwin during October and November.
Flynn said he did not know when Landon's segment would appear within the 30-minute show, or how long the segment would be.
"Where Pigeons Go to Die," will be nationally broadcast at 8 p.m, Jan. 29 on NBC.
