Paul and Peggy Gabler of Lawrence are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachael Elise Gabler to Benjamin Ryan Jongerius, son of Bruce Jongerius and Kelly Welch of Overland Park. Rachael is a 2007 graduate of Veritas Christian High School. She received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Baker University in 2012 and currently works at Saint Luke’s Medical Center in Kansas City. Benjamin is a 2007 graduate of Shawnee Mission South High School. He received an Associates in Nursing from Hutchinson Community College in 2013 and works at Saint Luke’s Medical Center in Kansas City. The couple plan a January, 2018 wedding in Costa Rica.
