The children of Frank and Rachel Purvis will host a reception for family and friends on Sunday, October 29, from 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon at the First United Methodist Church, 946 Vermont Street. Location is handicapped accessible. Other family events have been planned in celebration of this special occasion.
