Doug & Kathy Funk of Lawrence, KS, formerly of Concordia, KS, are pleased to an­nounce the engagement of their daughter Haley Anne Funk to Taylor Lee Petrik, son of Rick & Danna Petrik, Topeka, KS.
Haley is a 2008 graduate of Concordia High School, a 2013 graduate of Kansas State University receiv­ing her bachelor’s de­gree in Business Management, and a 2017 graduate of the University of Kansas receiving her doctorate of pharmacy degree.
Taylor is a 2009 graduate of Cair Para­vel Latin School in Topeka and a 2014 graduate of Kansas State University, re­ceiving his bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering. He is cur­rently employed by Professional Engineer­ing Consultants, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Haley will be em­ployed as a pharmacist with Walgreens in Den­ver, Colorado.
A Lawrence wed­ding is being planned for October 21st, 2017.
