Jolene Frances Munger and Drew Michael Loftin, both of Lawrence, were married April 18, 2009, at Danforth Chapel at Kansas University, with the Rev. Colleen Riley officiating.
The bride is the daughter of John and Judy Munger, Croghan, N.Y. The groom is the son of Robert and Linda Loftin, Weskan.
Maid of honor was Jodie Munger. Best man was Joe Sanderson. Bridesmaid was Joanna Munger. Groomsman was Ryan Swartz. Miniature groom was Kian Loftin. Flower girl was Zoe Winter.
A reception was given at the couple’s new home in Eudora.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Beaver River Central High School, Croghan, N.Y., and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and archaeology from the State University of New York, in Pottsdam, in 2006. She plans to earn a master’s degree in biological anthropology from KU this summer and is as an archaeologist at R. Christopher Goodwin and Associates, Lawrence.
The future groom is a 2002 graduate of Weskan High School and earned a communication technology degree from Northwest Kansas Technical College in 2004. He is a canopy Internet specialist at Sunflower Broadband, Lawrence.
