Mondays and Thursdays upstairs from 6-7pm
Classes are $10 for community members, $8 for students.
About the instructor: Angela comes from the island of Cyprus. She graduated from KU with a B.A. in Psychology, Philosophy and Communications, and a M.A. degree in Clinical Social Work. To be able to help her clients heal she continued her studies and became a Reiki master and teacher and is a graduate of the 3 year energy healing program “Healing through the Human Energy Field.” Angela studied and became certified as a yoga instructor in Nashik, India.
The class is designed not only to strengthen, tone and help the body become more flexible, but also to improve the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, nervous and hormonal system. Among other things we practice clearing and quieting the mind, opening, clearing, charging our chakra system and grounding our bodies. We also practice breathing techniques, deep relaxation and guided meditation at the end of each class.
