Taste of Argentina Wine Dinner hosted by Joe Ancona. Join us for our quarterly wine dinner featuring cuisine prepared by The Eldridge's culinary team led by Executive Chef Todd Schneekloth, paired with delightful selections from the vine. Bon appétit! Reception at 6:30pm Padrillos Torrontes- Dulce de Membrillo (Quince & Cheese) Dinner at 7pm Tahuan Chardonnay- Caponata alla Siciliana (Sweet & Sour Eggplant) Tahuan Bonarda- Corvina con Pimienta Mole (Chilean Sea Bass, Pink Peppercorn & Mango Puree) Tahuan Cabernet Sauvignon- Estofado de Conejo en Tomate (Braised Rabbits) Siesta Malbec- Escargot Mushroom Duxelle Dessert Dulce de Leche Pionono (Jelly Roll & Berries) $70 Per Person Plus Tax & Gratuity, which includes $5 donation to March of Dimes, March for Babies.
