Walt (guitar) presents The Roots of Country Music, a program that includes songs from The Carter Family and Jimmie Rodgers in the late 1920s through Ernest Tubb, Hank Williams and Merle Haggard in the early 1950s. Enjoy harmony gospel songs, cowboy yodels, and many great old country songs from the old days with anecdotes, stores and vintage gossip about country stars of the past. He will be joined by Ardys Ramberg and Michael Bradley. Free admission (tip jar) and one-song opening by host Larry Carter. Details at www.TuesdayConcert.com.
