RED BULL THRE3STYLE MAKES ITS RETURN TO KANSAS CITY JANUARY 26TH -- 5 DJs will battle for the title of Best Party Rocker in KC and a spot at the Regional Finals -- WHO: DJ SKU (2012 KC Champion) vs. DJ Mahf (2010 STL Champion) vs. DJ Spinstyles vs. Brent Tactic vs. DJ G-Train. Fox 4’s Shawn Edwards and Macradee Aegerter will host the festivities. Judges for the competition will be 2012 Red Bull Thre3Style World Champion Four Color Zack, along with Scribe and DJ Joc Max. WHAT: Red Bull Thre3Style is a DJ contest that promises to be a night of dance-floor mayhem. Each DJ gets a 15-minute shift where they can play whatever they like, as long as they have at least three styles or genres of music in that time. It doesn't matter what genres of music are chosen so long as the DJ can make them work together. WHEN: Saturday, January 26th, 2013 9:00 p.m.: Doors open 10:00 p.m.: Red Bull Thre3Style World Champion Four Color Zack opens the night WHERE: Uptown Theater 3700 Broadway Street Kansas City, MO 64111 WHY: This battle is one of four Sub Regional Qualifiers in the competition. The winner will go on to compete in the Regional Qualifier held in Dallas February 23, 2013, travel and accommodations provided by Red Bull.
