Westside Yoga is honored to welcome Balarama Chandra das back to Lawrence for a weekend of learning about positive habit formation for experiencing a life of balanced health and full expression of joy. This workshop will dive deep into the art and science of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian practice of finding health through a balanced lifestyle. Fri. Jan 18 at Be Moved Studio (2 E. He lived as a Hindu Monastic for 8 years, immersing himself in living the life of a dedicated Yogi. After much deliberation, he left the Monastic realm to further his studies and to more dynamically share the accumulated wealth of knowledge about life and healing. He currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but can be found traveling abroad humbly sharing these ancient arts through workshops, trainings, and one-on-one. He is a true pleasure to study with, as he has the dynamic ability to make the seemingly complicated practical and exciting. Although his training and experience is extensive, he regularly studies with masters of his favorite healing arts and enthusiastically considers himself a student and a humble servant of the servant.
