Incorporating whole grains is very important to your everyday meals. Join Kylene Etzel, RD, LD as she shares how easy it is to cook with whole grains. Dishes planned for your enjoyment include: Blue Corn Pecan Pancakes with fruit compote, Quinoa Black-Bean Salad and Baked Barley with Mushrooms. This is a FREE class.
