100 % All Natural Organic Jam! Providing Sustenance To The Head And Soul! No Artificial Sweeteners Or Preservatives! Guaranteed Always Fresh! Calling the Carolinas home.Spongecake and the Fluff Ramblers is an improvisational band that dabbles around the edges of Rock/Folk/ Funk/ Jazz Fusion. They meld jams in and out of genres and styles , falling into the occasional improvised cover. No two shows are ever the same , no cover is ever played the same way twice. SCATFR also has an alter ego ( sometimes referred to as Unkle Dad ) playing either electric or unplugged bluegrass and olde timey classics and originals. SCATFR has been playing shows and festivals across the country for the past several years, winning fans and wrecking minds. They have become known for playing late night festival sets, often lasting into the early morning hours. Playing festivals in eight states to date. They have had the pleasure of performing at some of the countries finest venues. Notable venues such as Off Broadway ( St. Louis ) Mojo's ( Columbia,Mo. ) Cervante's ( Denver ) Pioneer Inn ( Nederland , Co ) Bourbon Theater ( Lincoln, Ne. ) Bob White Theater ( Portland,Or. ) Jack Rabbit's ( Jacksonville, Fl. ) Jazzbones ( Tacoma, Wa. ) and a slew of others have hosted the madness of a SCATFR show. SCATFR enjoys what they do and tries to bring that festy feel to each and every show. They encourage artist and artisan vending at their shows, and often have live artist and other performers performing with them. They also invite audio and video recording of all performances. As each performance is unique, every show has moments that neither can or will ever be created again. SCATFR has shared the stage with Consider The Source, Cope, Green Sunshine, Larry Keel, Flux Capacitor, Sol Driven Train, Vertigo Jazz Project, Dirk Quinn, The Real, Blue Lotus, Cats Under The Stars, Cast Of Clowns, Cody's Wheel and numerous others. Members have recorded with or joined on stage with Railroad Earth, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Rob Wasserman, Bernie Worrell, Merl Saunders, Stephen Perkins, Willie Waldman and members of several well known groups in collective projects. SCATFR feeds off of each of these experiences as well as the crowd, venue , weather, events of the day, and total vibe to blend a musical experience created just for You! No matter what your musical taste, you will find yourself smiling and moving. See you on tour. http://www.reverbnation.com/spongecakeandtheflufframblers http://www.facebook.com/pages/Spongecake-and-the-Fluff-Ramblers/114921951915586?ref=ts&fref=ts Jefferson City MO's genre-bending American roots string band, The Dirt Leg Benders, have been spreading their "Home-grown" sound across the show me state.
