Free HIV Testing

February 7th is National Black HIV Awareness Day. To commemorate this event the Douglas County AIDS Project (DCAP) will be providing FREE HIV TESTING to all members of the community. This is an important day reflects the changes and hurdles the Black community has faced in the heat of the HIV/AIDS crisis. We encourage all members of the community to come out and get tested free of charge. The tests DCAP preforms are oral swabs that take no more than 20 minutes of your time. DCAP will also be distributing free safer sex materials including condoms.
Douglas County AIDS Project also offers free rapid testing in their office from 9:00AM - 3:30PM. The office is located at 346 Maine St. #160, Lawrence, Ks 66044.
