Plant and Bake Sale

Details

Event details

Plymouth Congregational Church is getting ready for its annual Plant and Bake Sale, which will take place this year on Saturday, April 27 in the Mayflower Room of the church. Plants are obtained by members digging, dividing and potting their prolific plants. Perennials, herbs, ornamental grasses, small shrubs, ground covers, and house plants are available as well as "farm dirt". In addition, a variety of annuals, herbs and vegetable transplants will be purchased from local growers. The baked items come from the congregation's wonderful bakers. Items that sell well are pies, cakes, brownies, cookies and bread. Other popular items include jams, jellies, snack and trail mixes, as well as sugar-free and nut-free items. This is the 22nd year for this sale - come see the fellowship hall in its wonderful glory as a green house and bakery all in one!
