From 2000 to 2003, Cheuk Kwan scoured the world for good eats and little-known stories from the Chinese diaspora. The five documentary films in the "Chinese Restaurants" series consider migration, family, history, and identity through the lens of Chinese restaurants from Israel to Saskatchewan. This is the final episode. A discussion with director/producer Cheuk Kwan follows the screening.
