EMU Theatre is proud to present Horrorshow VI, October 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th and a special Halloween show on October 31st. All shows will be held at the Lawrence Arts Center, starting at 7:30 pm. Admission price is a mere $6.00. This year the Horrorshow is going retro as we will be reviving some of the best shows from the past such as Dean Bevan’s “Grim Reaper” featuring a couple’s encounter with death itself, Andrew Stowers Shakespeare inspired The Further Tragedy of Romero and Juliet and Blood Ties, a tale which is head and shoulders above the rest. Original productions feature Stowers “Best Medicine”, guaranteed to foster or enhance your fear of clowns, Janette Salisbury’s “ old meets new vampire tale “Dusk” and Alberta Mirais’s “one-man show, “Indoor Boy‘. All of the shows that are written, directed and performed by local Lawrence talent and are guaranteed to have a little bit something for everyone. EMU Theatre has been bringing local theatre to the locals for nearly fifteen years. EMU is an inclusive association of individuals dedicated to mounting projects, like this which foster a spirit of cooperation and artistic growth among artists working in the theatre.

Sounds like fun.
Why is there no mention of designers? Is everything playing under house lights on a bare stage?
