Grant Hart is an american singer songwriter most commonly known as drummer and one of the two singers of legendary Minneapolis punk band HUSKER DU. HUSKER DU'S wall of sound and heartfelt, no nonsense DIY approach has influenced an unquantifiable amount of bands here and abroad. After the demise of the band, Hart surged on crafting his songs for himself, over the years releasing numerous albums and e.p.s under his own name and with NOVA MOB, all to critical praise. He returns to Lawrence again to the TAPROOM for another intimate set of songs from his most recent release, 2010's "HOT WAX," and from previous efforts, including many favorite HUSKER DU gems in his set often by request. This show is NOT TO BE MISSED! DANNY POUND, a Lawrence legend from VITREOUS HUMOR, and THE REGRETS will open.
