Lisa Neher, mezzo-soprano, and David Chavannes, pianist, present a recital of songs from the opera, musical theatre, and recital traditions, including a group composed by Lisa. Amber Loomis, mezzo-soprano, will join them for 2 duets from the musical "Wicked." The event is free (freewill donations to defray recital expenses accepted) and will last about 90 minutes, with a modest reception following. Lisa holds a BA in music and theatre from Lewis & Clark College and a MM in music composition from KU. This August she will begin doctoral studies in voice at the University of Iowa.
