The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism is holding a meeting to gather public input on what it should do to better manage deer populations. The meeting will begin with KDWPT discussing the increasing number of deer in Douglas County and then open up for discussion. Landowners, motorists, hunters, naturalists, farmers and any other residents are welcomed to come and share their views.
