Belief in God. How do you know? Agnostics say they don't; what makes you sure enough to say that you do? "The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship." Psalm 19:1 (NLT) "For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God has made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities- his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God." -Romans 1:20 (NLT) These passages seem to indicate proof of God more like a Mother Nature-type situation, less of the active type. But millions of people believe in a more active God. A God who answers prayers. But does that happen? After all, the Bible calls us to pray, and to ask for things in prayer, and yet cancer remains. What about God resonates with you? Where is God in your life? Where is God in Richard Dawkins life? Come to Henry's at 5:30 Thursday to find out.
