David Palkki is the Deputy Director of the National Defense University's Conflict Records Research Center (CRRC). Before joining the CRRC, he spent several years analyzing Saddam's Iraq at the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA). There, he authored several studies on Saddam's Iraq, including a major study for the Department of Defense based on captured audio files. Palkki is the second annual Dole Archive Visiting Fellow. A public reception will immediately follow the program.
