Church & Society: What Part Do We Play? I keep asking myself: what vision for society do I have & how am I making it happen? As a pastor, I keep asking myself: what does this church imagine as the “good life” and how is it making it happen? What is the role of the church in society? What can the church accomplish? What has it done historically? What is the church doing to society now? Are churches transforming society for better or worse? How much influence does the church have? Have other institutions replaced it? What do you think the better world looks like personally? Is it spiritual to you or not? Are you living in service to your vision? How and how not? These questions and a bunch more that you come up with at Theology on Tap- pert’ near every week at Henry’s Bar (Upstairs) round ‘bout supper times (5:30 to 7). See ya there pard- Josh
