Event details

- The Bottleneck, 737 N.H., Lawrence
- Age limit: All ages
Keegan DeWitt makes the kind of well crafted, poignant pop music that is instantly evocative and relatable. His ability to communicate through music so directly makes his other job scoring independent film soundtracks an obvious fit. This isn't better illustrated anywhere than on "Two Hearts," a layered, catchy song that draws from '80s Peter Gabriel and borrows his chord progression from John Mayer. The resultant song is aurally rich and memorable. DeWitt is joined by Madi Diaz, a spritely indie rocker who has risen to prominence on her song "Let's Go." Like DeWitt, her songs are well crafted delights that easily convey well worn sentiments like restlessness. The show starts at 8 p.m. Attendees must be 18 or older.
