Opening Reception, Tuesday, April 26, 20116-8 p.m. Open for Final Fridays, 5-9 p.m.(show runs until May 22, 2011) Colette Stuebe Bangert's work has been exhibited internationally including at the Krasner Gallery in New York, the Albrecht-Kemper Museum, the Brooklyn Museum, the Nelson-Atkins Museum, the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery, to name a few. Her work is in many important public collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum of Art, London, England, the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and our own Spencer Museum of Art. We are pleased to present a showing of five works on paper and three large thread pieces in "Some Seasonal Views of Inland Landscape." There will be a reception for the artist Tuesday, April 26th from 6 until 8 p.m. The works will be on view in the third floor gallery through May 22nd.
