The J.A. Vickers Sr. and Robert F. Vickers Memorial Lecture is scheduled for 7 p.m. April 12 at the Lied Center. The lecture is free and open to the public. Secretary of State Kris Kobach is scheduled to deliver a lecture on “State and Local Laws Discouraging Illegal Immigration: Their Economic and Security Impact.”
