Gain new perspective on one of the greatest wisdom teachers of all time. This will be an interactive class where participants will be encouraged to explore their personal experiences and insights. The course will be co-facilitated by Rev. Shannah and Cindy Novelo, long-time student of Yoga philosophy and creator of a 3-credit hour university level course entitled "The Art of Yoga: Postures, Philosophy and History" which she taught for 4 years at Baker University. Rev. Shannah will shine light on historical events that have shaped the Western perspective of Jesus while Cindy brings to the table knowledge she gained during her exploration into the common ground between Yoga philosophy and Christianity while teaching at Baker. We will be referring to the book "The Third Jesus" by Deepak Chopra Wednesday evenings, March 30, April 6, April 13, and April 17 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm $40 for the 4-week course Call: 841-1447 for information on registration
