Room 209, Murphy Hall. David Crystal, a renowned linguist best known for his work on the linguistics of the English language, will spend 10 days in residence at KU this fall. Among other engagements, he will be working with the cast of the Theatre Department’s A Midsummer’s Night Dream, who will perform the play in its original pronunciation, about which Crystal is the preeminent expert.
