Instructor: Leslie Schmille. The healthier you are, the more you are able to do! This course discusses the importance of setting meaningful goals to support a healthy, independent lifestyle. Topics include: problem solving, techniques for responding to frustration and discouragement, managing negative thoughts/attitudes, skills for effective communication, information seeking, physical activity, eating well to live well, advocating for your needs/wants, and maintaining healthy lifestyle changes.
