Cupini's/Fatso's will host a listening party for Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ new album, “Mojo,” on Monday, June 14, the night before the album’s release.
The listening party is set for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the pub, located at 1016 Massachusetts St. The new album will be played in its entirety, along with some old favorites and deep cuts by one of America’s most popular and enduring rock and roll bands.
Cupini's/Fatso's was selected as part of a national contest held by the band at its website, www.tompetty.com. Only 15 to 20 venues around the country are hosting similar parties.
“Mojo” is the first new album by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers in eight years, and is already enjoying popular critical acclaim.
There will be food and drink specials. All ages before 10 p.m.
