Event details

KU hosts a yearly state recognition program for about 400 seventh-grade students selected for the Duke University Talent Identification Program. Duke TIP is a nonprofit educational organization that identifies and helps cultivate the talents of academically gifted youth. Selection is based on college entrance exams that are in the top 5 percent while the students are in middle school. Each youth honored receives a medallion in a ceremony at the Lied Center
