The exhibit investigates the question of how slavery in America developed into an institution and how it became condemned as it divided the nation. It draws visitors into an interaction with history of the abolition movement through the end of slavery, offering the chance to consider racism in America today through the lens of its complex historical content. The exhibit is open from June 5 to 25.

The exhibit runs from June 5 to June 25. Regular hours are Wed-Sat from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The exhibit is open Mon and Tues by appointment/reservation only. A wonderful exhibit!!
