Taking its name from an old Mission of Burma song, Weatherbox is an indie rock act led by ex-Mister Valentine vocalist Brian Warren. The San Diego quartet features Warren’s inimitable metaphysical songwriting buoyed by an ever-revolving cast of supporting players. The band’s latest effort is titled “The Cosmic Drama” — but be warned when heading to find it at the local music store: “There will be no plastic version of this album. You can own it as digital space or carved circular wax.”
