Barry's energetic poetry raps promote social justice, environmental awareness and political responsibility. He performs with a number of area bands and recently had his first book of poetry published, We Sleep in a Burning House. Lana, a singer/songwriter from Lawrence, is returning for the third time to this series. Her original music tends toward the deeply intimate, accented by her clear voice and finger-picking guitar.
