Langhorne Slim is a Brooklyn-based performer who sings spirited songs that resonate with timeless melodies and memorable lyrics. He's captivating enough with his high-pitched voice and acoustic guitar, but he goes the extra mile and shares the gas bills with upright bassist Jeff Ratner, multi-instrumentalist David Moore, and drummer Victor Delorenzo (son of Violent Femmes drummer Victor Delorenzo). Slim's latest album "Be Set Free" continues to incorporate diverse instrumentation (keys, mallets, strings) while staying true to the simple charms of his previous releases.
