The concert will feature halftime music from the Marching Jayhawks 2009-10 football season. This music includes Saturday morning cartoon favorites, the music of Blood, Sweat and Tears, and a Latin jazz tribute. Additionally, the Marching Jayhawks will perform the traditional fight songs the public loves to hear, and the music of the KU football pregame. Serving as the emcee for this first concert will be Hank Booth. The Marching Jayhawks are directed by David Clemmer. Tickets to this concert are $12.50/general admission and $10/students, seniors and children, and proceeds will benefit marching band scholarships. Tickets can be ordered through the Lied Center Box Office at 785-864-2787.
