Delta Spirit's debut LP "Ode to Sunshine" is a soulful, tambourine-shaking collection with a swagger reminiscent of past tour mates Cold War Kids. The Arcade Fire might get a run for their money from the San Diego group, which recently re-released its album with help from Rounder Records. The dynamic collective has been known to bang on garbage cans and whatever else moves them while hollerin' their anthemic tunes.
