The first thing to know about EAR PWR is that they're on Carpark Records, which is code for making the most batsh*t crazy sounds this side of Dan Deacon (who, coincidentally, is also on the label). Imagine a more twee soundtrack for "A Night at the Roxbury," or Bananarama with production from Matthew Dear. Whatever the case, the coed duo behind EAR PWR bursts forth with energy-drink electro every time they hit the club. They've achieved a bit of internets notoriety thanks to this episode involving LATFH.com.
