This most famous classic work of director Fernando de Fuentes is seen by many as the most important film produced in Mexico to date. This film interweaves the tales of six valiant young warriors who leave their villages in order to serve and fight under the famous Mexican hero and bandit. Together they encounter the hope, cruelty, and disillusionment of the civil war that was the Mexican Revolution.
