State legislators from Douglas County will answer questions about issues surrounding this year's session Thursday at the Dole Institute of Politics, 2350 Petefish Drive.The Lawrence branch of the American Association of University Women is sponsoring the public forum at 7:30 p.m. in the institute's Simons Media Room.Marilyn Greathouse, an organizer for the forum, said topics of discussion will include education and wind energy.All Douglas County legislators have been invited, including Democrats Rep. Barbara Ballard, Rep. Paul Davis, Rep. Tom Holland and Sen. Marci Francisco, and Republicans, Sen. Roger Pine and Rep. Tom Sloan.
