Dios Malos (formerly known as Dios) purvey a multifarious brand of indie pop that was good enough to scare Ronnie James Dio into forcing them to change their name. The band reps for the South Bay of Los Angeles, where they do their best to avoid turdhead promoters and Silverlake music snobs. And though they resist the "sun kissed California easy breezy beach pop" label that certain scribes attach to them, they are fairly upbeat and fun to rock out with.
